Marrybrown Bentong — Restaurant in Pahang

My first time eating in Marrybrown , I was expecting something average , but the food and service was not even standard , staff is doing their best , but management need to improve the quality of the food and service , seniors need to be monitoring the service , order my meal downstairs, and went to sit and wait, they delivered my order upstairs and told me you can go up and eat there, when I went up their sitting area was not cooled , my meal was cold , went down told the staff to replace the fries with better quality fries I can't eat cold fries, waited another 5 minutes plus the initial waiting time which was quite long for just fish and chips, so they reheated the fries someone put extra salt and bring it back to me , here I am losing my time writing this review hoping for the service to improve...

Hi Marry Brown Team, Gone to Marry Brown Bentong, Pahang branch half an hour before close . My order were taken in sweet little smiles by staff name Aleeya.she's were absolutely amazing and amazing. Not only welcome me in smile she also promote the food menu and maintain the standard of Marry Brown. Even me and my daughter coming half an hour before closing time she still give a very good service above expected and always say sorry to all the customer even they are coming approaching to 10 pm . Staffs were friendly and the service speed was good. Location was surrounded with easy parking. I tried the Chinese New Year special egg-stra ong Chicken burger. A bit too spicy as I'm not keen on spicy foods but if you can handle spicy foods, the taste was great. Ordered the chicken rice for my kid but he didn't quite like it as the chicken pieces came covered with chilli sauce. It wasn't the hot stuff kind of sauce but probably a bit hot for him. We tried to send the tray back but we couldn't find a place to put so we had to leave it on the table with the rest...
