Many people commented it is small, but for me, the size of the water park is sufficient for me to spend halfday with my family. Lucky it is still new, all facilities are maintaining well. Outside food is not allowed to be brought in, except drinking water. Well there is a restaurant inside, lucky they have a variety of food, just expect the price to be similar in shopping mall. Credit card, e-wallet and cash are acceptable. The entrance ticket is only valid for per entry, it is not a daily pass, once go out, it is not allowed to re-enter. However, exceptional if you want to return to the car take something and re-enter the water park. I am surprised that the receptionist can communicate in Mandarin, same goes to restaurants cashier as well. Furthermore, the security guard is friendly enough to help us to take a group photo at the entrance before I request it. However, I do not agree that the double tube need to pay RM20 (rental fee) + RM10 (non-refundable deposit), RM10 will refund into the wristband when you return the double tube, ā€œforcingā€ us to consume something from the restaurant. While the single tube is free and can collect from the river entrance point. I believe there is a reason behind it, but it causes inconvenience to the customer.

This is my first time come to this water theme park. Overall it is a nice small water theme park for children and for adult that don't like adventurous ride. I bought for 4 person which is 2 adult(RM58/person) and 2 children(RM38/person). To rent a locker you need to topup credit to your wristband and 1 wristband can only rent 1 locker only. The price for a locker is RM15 for small and RM30 for big. You can also rent for a tube and it will cost you about RM30(Limited amount). However, once you returned the tube, you will receive RM10 to your wristband. For me, I use this amount to buy some food at their cafe and topup other amount to buy more food from their cafe, so that the money will not be waste. Well, the food sure are pricey like in any other themes park. If you don't want to rent a tube, you can also take any tube that available at the entrance of the ride that you want to play. It's free but have limited amount. At every ride and pool will have lifeguard so the place is more safe to play.

Price: Not worth for 8 (1 kiddie section included) attractions. Some food and drinks was very overpriced. One instance where we bought carbonara spaghetti for rm15, fries for rm8 and cocktail sausage for rm12 (which was served in the small ice cream cup). Small ice cream cup tiny sausages is rm3 cheaper than the full meal spaghetti carbonara and is smaller than the rm8 fries that tasted like regular basic sausages. Make it make sense. Totally not worth the price. Not to mention the markup on the mineral water (rm5) as well. Other waterparks offered rm20 for the large tubes but riverine splash one is rm30.

Attractions: All of the slides are decent. Not that extreme. I'd rate 5/10. Big fan of the cave/rimba river, good water current throughout. They did not specify like any weight limits though but thats a given for how tame most of their attractions are.

Service & System: We were planning to rent 1 small locker for rm15 and 3 large tubes for rm30 each. First thing we went to first is the locker. We had to scan the qr code on our hand band given at the entrance. It mentioned that we had to TOPUP our prepaid. We were not informed about this earlier on and instead we had to look for it ourselves. We saw a sign that we had to topup at the food section. When we went there, there were 3 counters in which the first two mentioned that you can buy food only and the last one mentions that you can topup. So we went to the last counter and proceeded to wait for the staff. the staff, who was restocking the foods, told us to queue up on the middle counter, in which didn't mention anything about topup our qr prepaid in the sign at all. We went still and as soon as we queued in the middle counter, the previous cashier proceeded to open the counter. That did not make any sense at all. Why would you tell us to queue up in the middle if you would proceed to take orders in the end??? Instead we have to queue up again. Thankfully we can topup our qr codes in the middle counter. But the cashier told us to have our tubes first if we want to topup for the tubes. at first it was fine. Then we went to the tubes rental counter and the staff said to get the tubes you have to topup first. ????? To rent tubes you have to topup first but to topup first you have to have the tubes??? How are we going to rent then??? We were about to give up. But in the end we got it but like after 45 MINUTES. Not to mention that we can't guarantee to rent the tubes when we wanted because you have to wait for the tubes availability. You can't refund the prepaid if you did topup and you didn't manage to secure the tubes. This is a very unlikely case to happen but if it does then this is a very predatory system. It's very dumb that you can't topup at the tubes rental section. Let's say they have an available tube and you want to rent. You have to go to the foods section to topup your prepaid. So you have to queue up with the food customers. By the time you get back to the tube rental section, there's a chance someone already took the tubes away. Very very very impractical system. I don't think spending abit to make the tube rental section to be able to topup is that detrimental to the whole design budget. We lost like 45mins because of this. The whole qr prepaid system is dumb to even begin with. Just let us rent the tubes with cash and/or card and this won't be a problem in the first place.

All in all I wish I took pictures of the whole stuff but I was too dumbfounded and furious at how bad their system is to even thinking of that. I personally would not recommend this to my family and friends. There's other better places to be with the amount of money you would spend here.

The only good thing I would remember about this place is how nice 6its toilets and changing rooms are. Plus they let you sit at any of the outdoor tables for free so I'll give them that.

edit: i forgot that add that after you return the large tubes, you get rm10 deposits for each you ren in the form of PREPAID....

Our family visit to the waterpark was a delightful experience. It provided us with cherished memories and a great time together.

I purchased a picture and a fridge magnet for RM50, which seemed reasonable. However, the cost for an additional print of a picture was RM30, which felt a bit excessive. It's disappointing when such keepsakes are overpriced, as they are part of the memories we take home.

I found the ticket prices to be on the higher side. It would be beneficial for the waterpark management to consider introducing family package bundles. This could potentially make visits more economical and attract more families to enjoy the park.

The food and beverage options, while varied, were quite pricey. This could be a significant cost factor for larger families visiting the park. More affordable foods options would greatly enhance the overall experience.

While the park offered a lot of fun, the overall experience was dampened by what felt like excessive costs for additional services and items. This has impacted my decision to return for a second visit. I hope the park reconsiders its pricing strategy to be more...
