Cholo-Cholo Hotsprings — Local services in Selangor

I went to this place few years ago, so I thought it'd be nice to come again. The pools are divided to cool and hot like they used to, but now are charged separately. I went to the hot pools but needed to go the cool/kids pools area too since my family and stuffs were there. The management kept the hot pools locked up all the time. After I get changed, I wanted to look after my son in cool pools area while my husband is in toilet. But they didn't want to unlock the door and kept insisting for me to use the front door which too far since I need to go out first and then enter again. When I confronted the counter which is again too far outside,only then they told me that I needed to buy the combo ticket if I wanted to move between the two pools area (even if I don't get into the pool). Despite the service, I must say they done a great job with the hot pools. The pools for kids was so-so. Three words. Too...

Tempat cantik and staff pun peramah,no complain.

Untuk pengunjung:

-of course kena fully vaccinated kecuali kanak2

-kanak2 hanya boleh mandi di kolam biasa(bukan panas dan ada gelongsor juga)buka sampai pukul 7pm sahaja

-kolam air panas hanya untuk org dewasa sahaja(buka sampai pukul 10pm)even yg bawa kanak2 kena pandai2 bahagikan siapa yg jaga kanak2 diluar or di kantin

-boleh bawa makanan sendiri tapi tak boleh makan berdekatan kolam2 disana,hanya boleh makan di kantin yg disediakan(ada jual makanan dan minuman juga)

-ada private pool juga tapi kena booking awal2(tak silap rm60 per jam) semua yg saya review di atas tadi untuk yg open pool sahaja

Update 23/9/2021:

-sekarang kolam air panas dan kolam biasa(untuk kanak2) dibayar berasingan which is:

-Kolam air panas(rm10 dewasa sahaja,kanak2 tak boleh masuk)

-Kolam biasa(rm10 dewasa dan rm5 untuk kanak2 atas 3 tahun)

-Maksudnya kalau ada dewasa yg nak masuk dua2 kolam,kena bayar rm20

-Kat kolam kanak2 tu ada juga kolam air panas yg sizenya sederhana,so kalau ada yg bawa anak but dilema nak masuk kolam mana satu sebab risau kena bayar rm20 kalau masuk dua2,pilih yg kolam biasa pun dah okay untuk teman anak sekali mandi dan nak berendam air panas(tapi better jgn bawa anak berendam juga walaupun kolamnya jat kawasan kolam biasa)

-But still kolam air panas yg untuk dewasa sahaja tu lebih puas and banyak pilihan(tahap kepanasan) so ikut preference masing2

-Last but not least,staff kata minggu depan dah start ada wristband(gelang)so akan tau kita bayar untuk kolam yg mana,untuk bezakan siapa yg masuk kolam air panas dan siapa yg masuk kolam biasa

Conclusion:

-Saya buat review ni untuk mudahkan siapa yg bercadang untuk dtg ke sini nanti,supaya boleh rancang awal(lagi2 yg bawa anak2)boleh juga lepak kantin macam saya cakap sebelum ni misal kata ada yg tak bawa anak mandi kolam

-Staff friendly and tempat pun cantik dan selesa

-Pilihan kolam tu terletak pada preference masing2,saya cuma bagi penerangan supaya mudah untuk yg bercadang dtg nanti.

P.S. sorry kalau review panjang sngt or ayat ulang2,niat hanya untuk memudahkan urusan pengunjung yg bercadang dan...

We booked the private pool (M Pool) for 2 hours and it cost us RM120. This room can accommodate up to 6 people.

Overall we enjoyed the our time here. The facilities were clean and the private pool we rented had a private toilet + shower room. There's a snack bar nearby that serves instant noodles and drinks at a reasonable price.

The only suggestion I have to the owner is to power wash the walls surrounding the area to remove the algae buildup (make it more presentable) and to have more snacks/light bites available for purchase. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and it's really worth the price.

Note - parking is towards the end of the road after you turn to this waypoint. Ample...
