What a garbage management system! Visitors must have a QR code to park, otherwise they're stuck parking on the roadside? I've been to plenty of places and yours is the only pathetic system like this. Even registering with a driver's license doesn't work. We visit relatives at least four times a week, and just because I forgot to register a QR code today, I can't park? Ridiculous! What a joke of a system with its ridiculous rules!

Nice place. Newly rented out a unit here. But please be reminded that the car barrier gate access card is quite an advanced card. Its not an easy card that you can simply duplicate anywhere. Instead, my tenant, after asking many shops, finally found the shop in Puchong known as Access Card Shop to duplicate this car parking card. They are the only shop that able to duplicate this advanced card. My tenant did not duplicate the card to misuse the parking. Instead it is only to allow the family cars to enter into the building to drop off family members safely to lift lobby. If you too need extra card, you can get it done there too....

Never ending construction/renovation work (as early as 9am). Have residence vehicle sticker but still denied entry, need Purple coloured access card. Boom gate at guard house is so unreliable. So slow to detect access card. Most of the time did not detect at all and guards in guard house slow to response.
