I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable behaviour of one of your female Malay staff members (without spectacles) on 27 September 2025, between approximately 6:00pm and 6:30pm, at the Skyride queue area.

My family and I had gone up the Skyride together. My daughter and I then came down using the Hyfly zip line, while my husband remained upstairs with our belongings, including our tickets. As it was our first visit to Gamuda Luge Park, we never realised that tickets would be required again for the Skyride ride up after coming down via the flying fox. When we queued to return upstairs, I politely explained the situation to the staff on duty.

Instead of offering assistance, one female staff member was extremely rude and impatient from the start. She showed a sour face and raised her voice at me, saying things like, ā€œWho asked you to leave your tickets with your friend? You know tickets are required! Tak boleh! U kena minta kawan u bawa turun ticket la!ā€. While I accept that it was my oversight and now fully understand the rules, her harsh tone and manner were unnecessary and unprofessional - especially when I was addressing her with respect.

When I asked if I could borrow a phone to contact my husband to ask him bring our tickets down, she curtly replied, ā€œTak ada!ā€ in a rude tone, then told us to ā€œWait at the sideā€ without any proper explanation. Her unwillingness to communicate courteously made the situation very unpleasant. Not knowing what else to do, I approached another staff member at the zip line counter, who kindly lent me her phone so I could call my husband.

However, the rude staff member later confronted me again in front of others, raising her voice and scolding me: ā€œI asked you to wait there, why you go borrow phone from my colleague? Give back the phone to my colleague! I EXPLAIN!ā€ She kept repeating her questions and remarks harshly and disrespectfully, refusing to listen to my explanation or show any courtesy. At no point were we rude to her, so there was absolutely no justification for the way she addressed us. . When I told her directly that she could explain things properly instead of being rude, she dismissively replied that she had explained - yet her attitude and tone clearly showed otherwise.

I also hope that the colleague who was on duty with her can be honest with management about how this staff reacted to us, as the way she handled the situation was entirely uncalled for. At no point were we rude to her, so there was absolutely no justification for the manner in which she spoke to us.

This experience was extremely upsetting, especially as we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Instead of enjoying a memorable family outing, our mood was completely ruined by this staff member’s unprofessional behaviour. If she does not have the patience or willingness to work with visitors, she should not take out her frustrations on paying guests.

That said, I also want to commend the rest of your team. Apart from this staff member, all the other staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly, and professional. In particular, the lady at the zip line counter who lent me her phone showed genuine kindness and understanding, which I truly appreciated.

I respectfully request that management review the CCTV footage from 6:00–6:30pm on 27 September 2025 at the Skyride queue area, which will clearly show how the staff behaved. For identification purposes, I am also able to provide her photo directly to management if required. I trust that you will take appropriate disciplinary action and ensure better customer service training so that future guests are not subjected to such treatment.

We chose Gamuda Luge Park expecting a fun and memorable family outing, not to be spoken to rudely when asking for help. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously and prevent such incidents from...

Gamuda Funpark Luge is a wonderful place for both kids and adults to enjoy an afternoon. The carpark is spacious with many options, which is very convenient hopefully this remains the same in the future.

Once you enter, there’s a nice waterpark to start off with, followed by the outdoor theme park. The ferris wheel is one of the highlights, and the fact that it’s air conditioned is such a thoughtful initiative. There are also a few other rides that are decent and enjoyable.

However, the A&W restaurant really needs some serious upgrades. It feels understaffed, the cleanliness is lacking, and I’m not too confident about the food hygiene. Luckily, there are other dining options available in the area.

The main attraction, Skyline Luge, is a lot of fun. You start by queuing up, collecting your helmet, and scanning your QR entry code before taking a short chairlift ride to the top. From there, you get to ride a three-wheeled cart that runs on gravity. Don’t forget to try all four routes it’s worth going more than three times since you’re allowed to do so. After the ride, you can even scan your helmet at the photo and video booth to view and purchase your memories.

Overall, the experience is enjoyable and at an entry-level theme park standard not something to be overly amazed by, but definitely worth a visit. My main concern, however, is the new three-story project being built right beside the amusement park. Is it really necessary to have a shopping complex in that location? People come here to escape the city vibe, but building another mall-like structure defeats that purpose. Instead of boosting the park’s attractions, it feels like a downgrade and risks taking away the charm...

I have bought the tix in advance from the website for 24th dec. But when i came at 10.30am theres already a very longggggg queue outside. Long queue waiting for the cable car, long queue waiting for luge and also long queue for walk in ticket. Seeing this, we have no choice but to cancel our plan and let our tix burned just like that. I’m buying a 5 rides ticket mind you. Imagine if i have to queue for idk how many hours for 5 times each rides. Maybe the management should consider to limit their tickets per day/session so that ppl wont have to wait for such a long time each ride (i saw reviews ppl waiting for 2 hours??!!) i dont have that patience to que at such a long time. I know this place is still new and ppl are excited to try even me. But i really really hope that the management would improve this matter. Also maybe the mgmt should consider to create a route for those who buy 2 or more rides tix so they dont have to wait for cable car each times. Kinda wasting time. Also create like an express lane for those that have bought the tix from website in advance. Its kinda frustrating that you have bought the tix in advance but still you have que up for long hours with those who walk in. My advice, dont come here at this time. But if u willing to wait then its on...

Bought ticket from Klook. I got the 7pm slot. And the view going up was amazing. However not much of food choices over there. But 5/5 for fun experience for an adult like me
