HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE - First ever order became the last ever order

Placed an order for 01 chicken fried rice and 01 tuna fried rice around 14:30, received the order at 16:15. The Insha post said a free drinks for each rice pack orders between 12-3pm, yet there was no drink even though the order was placed before 3pm. When enquired about the drink, the person who answered said the drinks were not delivered maybe because it's past 3PM. Once again note that order was placed before 3PM. The rice was cold when delivered and lacked much taste. Threw half of it away because I lost my appetite. Would definitely NOT recommend this...

I ordered delivery from this chicken mix. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. Some of the chicken pieces seemed undercooked, and the overall taste just wasn’t enjoyable. The paratha was quite hard, almost like it had been cooked a few days ago. The sauce didn’t taste fresh or flavorful either.

On the positive side, the delivery was on time, and I had requested extra sauce, which they did provide, I appreciate that.
