To get here, you can walk up the hill from Mellieha Bay or you can take the bus from there and get off at the stop called Qammieh. Triq Ghajn Tuta is more like a dirt trail. It goes in a straight line so it's easy to navigate. It is very quiet trail. There are a lot of private farms along the way. Go almost to the end of the trail and turn off on the second to last side trail. From here you will see the cave poking out of the top of the land. Take care crossing over to the cave because the terrain is very uneven with lots of loose rocks. In Maltese the cave translates to 'Climbing Cave' and you may find some locals doing a bit of rock climbing! Most of the time it will be empty though so you can explore.
