Eat Me I'm Famous — Local services in Saint Julian's

I visited the "Eat Me I'm famous" branch in San Giljan (Triq Santu Wistin) on Saturday, December 2, 2023. When it arrived, I noticed there was something on it that I didn't like. Assuming it was onions, I informed your employee, Mohammed, that I didn't like onions. He mentioned they were olives, and I said I didn't like those either. At that point, he became somewhat aggressive and asked if I couldn't read the toppings description on the pizzas. It was my mistake not to have read the menu. I asked if it was possible to order a Margherita pizza instead and also ordered a cola. I paid with a €10 bill, expecting to receive around €3.20 in change. However, when I received €7.80 back, I was quite surprised. I asked if I could still pay for my pizza, but your employee vehemently refused. When I asked why, he told me not to bother him and that he couldn't sell the remaining slices of the tuna pizza (even though he had pushed them to the front). He said it wasn't his problem if I couldn't read and that he wouldn't sell anything to me anymore. Finally, he mentioned that I could "go on the internet and give him a 0-star review, and his name is Mohammed, I don't care." Of course, I could have read the toppings description of the tuna pizza first, but for me, olives do not belong on a (tuna) pizza, and I have never encountered this before. The much bigger issue is the disrespectful behavior of your employee, Mohammed, towards me. This had nothing to do with customer satisfaction, and his behavior was simply disrespectful and inappropriate. There could have been a different way to handle the situation. I even offered to pay for the tuna pizza. I have never seen such rude and condescending behavior from an employee in my entire life. After the incident, I was very shocked and reported this "experience" to my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances in Malta. Everyone was shocked. This place is not good. First of all it is almost twice the price of other similar places, but not better. This night I had a bad experience. I ordered a slice, toast and a bottle of water. I gave the guy 10 euros and got 50 cent back, and I said 'wow, that a lot'. I didn't think anymore about it and just started eating the slice. As I was eating the slice I was looking at the prices for what I had bought, a slice 3,50, a toast 3,50 and a water 1,20, that is 8,20 euro, and I paid 9,50. While eating I calmly tell the guy that I paid too much, he starts asking have much I spent this night, suggesting 100 euro, as if that would makenit okay that he charged me more. He also told me he could give me money if I needed it. I really don't care about 1,30 euro, but the fact that he consciously charged me too much is discusting. Trying to take advantage of a drunk guy for only 1,30...

Ordered a late night pizza online, took 1:40h to deliver (40 minutes of which spent repeating on the phone that the driver would have arrived any second) a chewy, cold, disappointing pizza with literally 7 mini slices of salami that covered about 5% of the pie.
