5 Star Pizzeria — Local services in Saint Paul's Bay

Was my first choice to order pizza and dessert.However,when i ordered crunchy fish they delivered fish fingers,i don't like to complain,and i thought everyone can make mistake.Later they never had the ordered desert,box for 20" pizza was always missing,waiting 2h for the order.All didn't mattered,cus i do understand if there are a lot of orders,but the last call what i had was verry rude.I ordered thru Time to eat,got email that the order is confirmed.After the email they called me from the restaurant and a man with attitude rudely said that if they reject the order not to order again.I tried to explaine that i sent one order and it was confirmed but without listening he just continued.Well I won't even open their page anymore.Working with customers is not for everyone he is the living proof. Do NOT eat at this place. AWFUL experience. My daughter's chicken nuggets had hair in them. My wife's prawn toast was incorrectly delivered as some kind of chicken wonton... the chicken inside was grey, gristly and clearly rancid. I had one bite of the meat feast pizza I ordered and almost immediately started throwing up. I cannot tell you how truly awful the taste was... best description was that the 'cheese' was like soapy slime. I threw up for 20 minutes, cleaned my teeth and tongue, used mouthwash and i still can't get rid of the taste. Needless to say we didn't eat any of the meal, called the restaurant to complain, and were met with rude indifference and told by the store owner "I've been in this game for 15 years and my food is all fresh". From the start when we wated to order one burger that was on the menu, they hadn’t have all ingredients for it. After that we decided to get burger and fish and chips. The burger was okay but at the first bite I found peace of paper/plastic in meat. We told them and they said nothing. Fish was soggy and full of oil so it was not eatable. We also told them our concerns but they said it needs to be that way. So all in all it was not pleasant experience.
