Really Bad Customer Service due to antiquated and overly bureaucratic working practices and policies, I bought 5 door stoppers and found out later these not the type I needed for my new Condo, I went back 5 days later to exchange these for the right type, I was told they had the type I needed but due to their policy (in which you're only allowed to return something as long as this is done on the same day of purchase) they couldn't help me. I asked to speak to the manager (Anayeli Garcia) and I realised very quickly she was part of the problem, she had no interest in listening to me and instead of offering some help and trying to see how we could solve the issue she asked me who told me she was there and never offered any help, she said she couldn't help me. I clear example of a company without customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Esta empresa tiene un servicio al cliente muy malo debido a practicas burocráticas y anticuadas. En días pasado compre unos topes para puertas para un Condo nuevo que compre y 5 días después me di cuenta que no eran de el tipo que yo necesitaba, fui a cambiarlos por los requeridos (sin haberlo abierto y todavía en su empaque original) y aunque me confirmaron que los tenían, me dijeron que no podia cambiarlos (esto debido a una política de su empresa en la que solo se aceptan cambios o devoluciones el mismo día) pedi hablar con el encargado de la compañía (Anayeli Garcia) y rápidamente me di cuenta que ella era parte de el problema, lo primero que me pregunto fue que quien me había dicho que ella era el supervisor y me dijo que las políticas estaban ya establecidas y nunca intento escucharme y mucho menos ofrecer ninguna ayuda. Es una lastime que en estos tiempos todavía haya empresas como esta que se reúsan a ofrecer un buen servicio al cliente en casos en los que ellos no tienen ninguna perdida.

Que disgusto es ir a comprar ahí la mera verdad, yo realize Una compra y se negaron a darme nota o comprobante y además me entregaron mercancía faltante, el personal es demasiado grosero sales con una experiencia tan desagradable si compran ahí tu estrés es el precio a pagar, que lastima. Que las opiniones de ese lugar sean demasiadas las negativas y aún así no hagan nada por mejorar su servicio con el trato al cliente pero en fin yo es la última ves que...
