We started with a caesar salad and the spicy tuna tosadas - both extremely tasty. We ordered a NY Strip and a filet and they were cooked perfectly (over a wood or coal burning grill). The martinis were made perfectly and we brought a bottle of wine with us. But the owner - robin, has started his own winery and his Acorde wine was very peppery, perfectly paired with a steak. He also has a syrah and a white (we did not try either). But we did buy a bottle of his Acorde and also the syrah and look forward to drinking it. The chef was most recently at the Four Seasons in Mexico City and is a friend of the owner and joined him when he opened Seranos.
The restaurant is located closer to the pacific side of cabo - away from downtown, so extremely easy to get to if youre at Quivira, Diamante or Rancho San Lucas. If this restaurant was located in downtown cabo, people would be lining up to get into it and would probably be ranked #1 on tripadvisor and Yelp. Worth the effort to get here if you are located downtown.

First off, the food is one of the best meals I have EVER had in my life. I was able to try the cowboy steak, tomahawk, and the catch of the day. All were amazing, especially the tomahawk. They also made an incredible guacamole in front of us, that was the best guac I've had in my life.
The other thing, which can't be overstated, is the service. The owner and server were both incredibly personable. They talked and joked with us throughout the evening; offering their insight, telling us their story, and giving us the best night of our trip.
The fact that they aren't in walking distance of harbor is the only reason that this place isn't packed 24/7. But trust me: this will be the best stop...

The generous Caesar and Argentinian salads could have served 4 were absolutely delicious. We couples shared lobster and prime rib, skirt steak and ribeye. The service was impeccable. Indoor and outdoor seating was available. We’ll be back for another memorable experience and meal. Gracias y Gran...
