The first time we came, the food came out cold and the potatoes came cold as well. As they sat us down they made us feel very welcomed with bread to start off, of course any restaurant you go that gives you bread to start off, it’s usually complimentary. When we had gotten our bill they charged us for it. We are not mad that they would charge for it but we never asked for it. So the part where they were trying to be sneaky and make an extra couple bucks made us mad.

We decided to stop by a second time (I also completely forgot how bad this place was and we will never be back again.) For our second visit, the hostess who is also the manager sat us down. She was not very welcoming either. Which I don’t understand how you are not when you are apart of management. First, They gave us bread to start which we didn’t ask for and told them we don’t want it so they took it back. Second, I asked for coffee and creamer, 30 minutes go by and still no creamer. Third, the food comes out and the potatoes are cold AGAIN. Fourth, the pancakes are burned and they had the burnt side on the bottom to cover it, they added chocolate sauce and whipped cream when we had ordered plain as it comes. Fifth, we tell them it’s cold and at this point we’ve lost complete interest and wanted to speak to the manager So here she comes, very defensive that we tell her the food is cold and the pancakes are burned and she basically tries to kick us out. On my way out the door and she shoves me to open and “kick us out” she proceeds to call my boyfriend mean names then tries to chase us out to our car.

I’ve worked in the food industry and own a small business within the food industry. My partner has had over 10 years of experience in the kitchen as well. EVERYTHING about this establishment is WRONG. If they continue this way, they won’t be stay for long. Probably the first, worst experience I’ve ever had as a paying customer. I don’t think this lady owns the restaurant but if they keep her around, that would be very bad for the owner because she will run it...

Muy mal servicio, llegamos mi mujer y yo y no había gente como tres mesas ocupadas, pegados a las ventanas había dos hombres sentados a una mesas con sillones, nos íbamos a sentar en una de esas mesas y el encargado nos dijo que no nos podíamos sentar en esas mesas porque era para cuatro personas siendo que estaba el restaurant vacio, le dije yo "y porque esos hombres que son dos si están sentados ahi?" es discriminación o que? Y me sale con que iban a llegar mas personas siendo que estaban por acabar de desayunar y uno de cada lado de la mesa, yo iba a ese restaurant pero deje de ir por mal servicio, el que atiende muy sangron y descriminacion muy obvia, si uno va a un restaurant uno debe de escoger donde sentarse para tomar agusto sus alimentos y no que ustedes les digan donde si pueden sentarse que incomodo la verdad, para eso uno es cliente y por eso uno paga no vamos a pedirles nada dado y que salgan con que "nosotros asignamos las mesas" que mal, acaso entras a un "campo de concentración" donde ellos te dirán donde debes de sentarte? Muy mal por el restaurant por eso me alejaron de ellos y deje mejor de ir, le di una estrella por que no pude ponerle cero estrellas y esto por su actitud, recuerden es un restaurant un lugar a donde uno va a quererla pasar bien, a pasarla agusto y recibir la mejor atención, pero lamentablemente creen que uní va a pedirles comida regalada. Antes esta bueno y aun lo esta pero el lugar por dentro esta desgastado no tienen casi personal yo deje de ir porque me tubieron 45mn esperando. Y nadie tomo la orden solo en 5mn lestoman la orden y nunca la tomaron. bueno hoy les di una segunda oportunidad y me encontré con un lugar desgastado vacio esta ves si nos ante dieron rapido pero tenian a otra mesa que tenian 15mn sin tomarles la orden cosas que no me gustaron que no son claros en los precios nos llevaron pan cafe sin preguntar o mencionar si queremos agregar eso a nuestra orden la pieza de pan a 25 pesos es pan súper sencillo el cafe es instantáneo y a 30 pesos. En fin hay mejores propuestas para desayuno en lo personal no vuelvo subieron los precios servicio lento y lugar descuidado y algo sucio y si no lo estaba...
