I swung by here shortly before flying out of Cancun and picked up roughly 2 lbs each of four different mole pastes, plus some adobo and tamarind paste. Everything is freaking amazing, and I only wish I had purchased more. Staff was very helpful. The Mero Mole Tipico Poblano has a rich cocoa flavor and is so good I darned near licked the inside of the container when I was packaging it up for the freezer. But all are good. I picked up Mole Verde Ranchero, Mole Paola Alemendrado, and Rojo Picoso Don Pancho as well. If traveling, make sure you bring ziplocks or containers to repackage -- everything comes in lidded plastic cups that will leak delicious oil all over everything. Well, don't bother with this place if you need normal everyday necessities like bread and milk. This place is heavily geared towards commercial-level Mexican cooking, and at that it is mostly a spice seller. It is downright awesome if you really want quality, though: around effing TWENTY varieties of mole paste, and a similar variety of dehydrated peppers if you prefer to make your own mole from scratch. No Brazil nuts unfortunately!
It is a large pink building on Av Lopez Portillo and Calle 129. Very easy to find. They have off street parking.
