Tortas Goyo — Restaurant in Cancún

I ordered the Hawaiian Torta' for 45 pesos. Pros - the delivery was fast. That's about it. Cons - Customer Service was sub-par and the food didn't taste anything like Hawaiian food. I should know, I've been to Hawaii several times. The only resemblance was the name and the pineapple. The ham was the most disappointing ingredient. It looked more like plastic than is did ham. The torta was big though. But I would've preferred a smaller torta with better ingredients(especially at this price) than a bigger one with questionable food inside. The torta itself is just as appetizing as the pictures they have on their website. Which isn't that good. My suggestion to Tortas Goyo is this - Use fresh ingredients and take the Hawaiian Torta off the menu, it sucks. My upset stomach says says two stars only. 1 for fast delivery and 1 star for pity. This is a total local franchise. They have 3 locations that I know of. Their tortas are HUGE, and for the size they are cheap.

Like another review mentioned their ingredients are not top quality, but once you have tried a few of their tortas you start learning what is better. For example I do agree that the "ham" is not the best, but their "pierna" is pretty good. Ham and pierna are similar, if I am not mistaken same body part, but cooked differently. Their tortas usually have lettuce, tomatoes, etc which have always been fresh and crispy for me.

If you are staying at an Air BnB in downtown Cancun this would be a good option...

El día de hoy fui al establecimiento de tortas Goyo, el cuál se encuentra localizado en la región 101, justo antes de llegar a bachilleres 2, el establecimiento es famoso por tener una gran variedad de tortas y hamburguesas, si bien su precio está un poco arriba del promedio, su menú sin duda no decepciona, la calidad de la comida está bien, y el tamaño es excelente, aproximadamente 25 cm de puro sabor, además que la presentación de la comida es abundante, y cuentan con salsas especiales. El tiempo de espera para que me atendieran y me dieran la comida fue de solo 16 minutos, el servicio estuvo bien, fueron educados y amables al decirme que no contaban con algunos productos. Una cosa a resaltar es que los precios se han incrementado, además que no contaban con la torta que yo quería, y tampoco contaban con aguas frescas, les recomiendo venir con efectivo ya que no cuentan con pago en tarjeta, solamente en efectivo.
