Walmart Supercenter — Local services in Nuevo León

I went in looking for games for my Nintendo switch. Was surprised to find that their videogame department is pathetic. ZERO Nintendo products. And no, they weren't just out they just don't stock them. They only had a very tiny selection of xbox and ps4 games and that's it. They literally told me if I wanted games to go to Liverpool. Anyways, that's not the worst of it. Since its getting cold, I decided to buy a sleeping bag. (Might as well right? Huge mistake) One item and that's it, well there's no express lane for less than 15 items, no self-checkout, nothing. Also, most lanes are closed so time to make a line line.

After waiting for what felt like an excessive amount for just a zippered blanket, I finally get to pay. Of course I get no bag because my item is too big. After feeling like I was finally free, some enormous, grossly obese guy stops me at the exit. The guy has no Wal-Mart vest so I'm confused as to why this guy just suddenly and rudely blocked my path. Of course he wants my receipt. When he motions for it I noticed the most disgusting hands I have ever seen. His fingers must have had some extreme fungi infection because they were just unreal, unnatural color and shape. And to top it off, his thumb was bleeding, just super unsanitary, I literally gagged.

I didn't want him touching anything but of course he just snatches the receipt as soon as I pull it out. He looks at me and asks me if the item I'm holding is a "sleeping bag" the one and only item on the ticket and the one and only item I'm holding. I say "yes" but he still makes me unroll it and started searching for the tag. It was only until he could read "sleeping bag" on the damn thing that he let's me go. He puts a stamp on my receipt and attempts to hand it back. I of course have had enough after he infected my whole sleeping bag. I decline the ticket and tell him to keep it.

Overall, one of the worst experiences I've had on any Wal-Mart. And I've been to many Wal-Marts, from many states, neighborhoods, etc.

I won't go there again, I can tell you that.

-English: The good thing about this walmart is that it's open 24hs. however after 9pm (I guess most of the staff leaves around 10) you'll only see security guys and cashiers. The one thing I've noticed is that no matter what time of the day you go the staff from bakery ain't really the best, they leave the bread and pastries stuck on the pans/carts where they bake em more often than not
