Incredible Pizza Monterrey — Restaurant in Nuevo León

Senior that I am, I had an amazing fun at Incredible Pizza. Together with 60 high school students and 10 adults, I came here as part of a field trip. The discounted $25-eat-all-you-can meal package was all worth it with the various food options available - different pizzas, hotdog-in-a-bun, lemon pepper chicken, nuggets, sweet and sour chicken, salads, pastries, ice cream. The food I got were all tasty except for the lemon pepper chicken which was salty.

Each of us was given $20 card which was used to play in the different games and rides. Most of the games I tried was priced at $1 or $1.25. My favorite ones were the throwing games. I had a total of 312 tickets for which I got 5 little fun toys. When I was checking out the toys, I noticed the staff was so unsmiling. Overall, it was a fun moment for me. Kinda of like Chuckee Cheese on steroids with out all the loud kids music. Go carts and laser tag along with kids style bowling and video games. They even have a small tilt-a-whirl inside. It’s a buffet with pizza (of course) which wasn’t bad, a salad bar and desert bar. So we had 2 adults and 1 child for two hours unlimited games for around $1200 pesos. The only frustrating part is some of the bigger games are set up for cash only which means you have to actually add money to the game card they give you but there are only 4 or 5 of those. The security for kids is great. They put wrist bands on everybody and check them when you leave to make sure you have the right kid. If not… well I don’t think the police would be very friendly. Lugar promedio, algo sobrevalorado. Un lugar común y corriente sin buenos valores. Al momento de venderte un evento no te dejan en claro muchos aspectos que uno por no saber pues ni haces por preguntarlos, prácticamente te dicen que si a todo con tal de vender. Llegada normal en tiempos y accesos, anfitriónes bien promedio; no hubo tan buena atención o tan personalizada como la prometen. Alimentos regulares ( no lo vale por el costo) buena variedad pero como en los hoteles básicos todo incluido, que las cosas sin sabor y al ahi se va, nada más por decir que hay de todo un poco. Zona de juegos ya vieja, máquinas con fallas o de plano sin funcionar. Áreas comunes con mal olor por ser alfombrado, mini golf está de okis ( todo viejo, sucio, feo y sin chiste). Las atracciones más divertidas como laser tag, go karts, mini juegos mecánicos muy lento y con poco personal lo que hace que consumas demasiado tiempo de tu servicio. Más de la mitad de las atracciones y máquinas no están incluidas en los servicios disque todo incluido de los eventos y nos comentaron que poco a poco ira desapareciendo eso y al final todas serán por costo de créditos. ( Osea a pagar por todo). Personal en general bien, y como todo, puedes tener la suerte de ser atendido por buenos elementos o tener la mala suerte de ser atendido por los muuuy malos elementos que también hay.
