I showed up at 1:45 today for my 2pm reservation that I booked many days ago. Was told that whoever my appointment was with couldn't come in today. They offered me no other appointment for today and offered no explanation as to why they didn't notify me. I received no phone call, text, or email that my appointment was cancelled, so we planned our day and got ready accordingly. I was given a wonderful birthday present from my husband and kids. A deep relaxing massage at the spa. Angie was the lady who did the massage. She was so wonderful and kind and I never felt so very relaxed like I did after the massage. The only way I can describe my massage was heavenly and I felt like a million dollars when she was done.
