I recommend Xentour Mx because the owners are all Mayans who grew up in the countryside, whose first language is Mayan. They met at university where they studied tourism development and started the company together. More than other tour operators they have a deep roots in this region, and a deeper understanding of local culture and traditions. Olegario took us on a wonderful exploration of four cenotes. When we asked if he would add a fifth one that we were interested in, he agreed immediately, and we really appreciated his flexibility. He adjusted time management so we didn't feel rushed. He arrived right on time in an immaculate, comfortable new car. He communicated well in both Spanish and English. El servicio de Xentour de principio a fin fue excelente. Olegario fue muy amable, paciente, y atento a todas mi preguntas e inquietudes. Reservamos trasporte de Playa del Carmen a Valladolid, de Valladolid a Merida, y el tour privado a Chichen Itzá, Cenote, e iglesia Uayma. Desafortunadamente, la iglesia estaba cerrada por cuestión de remodelación pero Olegario nos dio tres opciones diferentes para reemplazar esa actividad. Nuestro conductor fue Santiago quien es súper amable, flexible, de muy buena conversa, y siempre muy puntual. Santiago hizo que nuestros largos recorridos se sintieran más cortos y muy amenos. Mari fue nuestra guía durante el tour privado y fue una grandiosa experiencia. Mari está llena de conocimiento y sabe compartirlo de una manera divertida, entretenida, e interactiva.
