I ordered a frappé latte with soy milk and no whipped cream because I'm vegan. The waitress confirmed that I didn't have to pay extra for the soy milk because I didn't have the whipped cream. But when I paid, I was charged more instead. They cut out the cow's milk and the cream and I still had to pay more. That's outrageous. The service was horribly slow (only 3 tables occupied) and unpleasant.
Our coffee was so bitter it was impossible to drink. We kindly told the waitress and she said that their coffee is extra bitter, that it's just the way it is. We know that coffee in Mexico can be more acidic and bitter, however this was beyond that.
We told her we couldn't drink it, and she said well there's nothing I can do, and you have to pay for it.
