Onza Coffee — Restaurant in Valladolid

I ordered a frappé latte with soy milk and no whipped cream because I'm vegan. The waitress confirmed that I didn't have to pay extra for the soy milk because I didn't have the whipped cream. But when I paid, I was charged more instead. They cut out the cow's milk and the cream and I still had to pay more. That's outrageous. Yes, it says on the menu that plant-based milk costs extra but in the end they cut out two other components. You're being punished for caring about your environment and animal welfare. There are better cafes in Valladolid with really good coffee that don't charge extra for...

The only thing this place has to offer is the terrace with the view.

The service was horribly slow (only 3 tables occupied) and unpleasant.

Our coffee was so bitter it was impossible to drink. We kindly told the waitress and she said that their coffee is extra bitter, that it's just the way it is. We know that coffee in Mexico can be more acidic and bitter, however this was beyond that.

We told her we couldn't drink it, and she said well there's nothing I can do, and you have to pay for it.

Save yourself the time and get a great espresso from the shop next door, Kuxtal, excellent...

Friendly staff, nice roof top. But as true coffee lovers disappointed in the poor quality of the chosen beans and skills to make a good latte coffee. Surprisingly because Mexico has wonderful beans from the Oaxaca area.

I tried a double shot espresso cappuccino. The cake came 5 minutes after the coffee instead of together with the coffee. Lot of space to improve. 4-man team being to busy with there smartphone. The cafe was filled for about 20% only… it should be easily possible to deliver everything together.
