I’m currently staying at Dolcinium and had already booked a bed here, so I expected a friendly experience. Unfortunately, my visit to the restaurant with my sister was very disappointing.
We were first seated at a larger table, and I politely asked to move to a smaller one to make space for other guests. That part was fine. But later, another staff member came and told us very rudely that all the tables were reserved—even though most were empty. He clearly didn’t want to serve us and was very unkind.
Another staff member later confirmed that no tables were actually booked, which made it obvious that the first one was just being unprofessional.
It’s sad to have this kind of treatment as a paying guest. I hope the management takes...
