Disrespectful to women. Went on a reservation on New Year's, and it was chaos. Food was hours late, drinks orders were forgotten, water was unavailable for 30-45 minutes upon arrival. Staff would not listen to anyone, especially women, and you need to repeat your order numerous times if you want anything. Dont bother coming here as a woman period, especially not without a man, as one needed to accompany any women to have their concerns/requests/orders taken seriously. To get the staff to listen, you would need to argue (and often switch to French, fyi for non-French speakers).

It is truly disappointing. This could have been the best New Year's Eve; the venue is visually amazing and they had interesting performers. It is unfortunate they did the shows as we were trying to get organized (and water), so no one could really pay attention to it. Then it was over, and our food still wasn't out. It was after 11:00 by the time we were served. Completely unacceptable for a reservation that started at 9:30. It should be mentioned that the food was dry and did not taste good (I had chicken). Also, we notified the staff ahead of time that members of our group were vegetarian/allergic to seafood, two things that the staff were oblivious to upon arrival. Our table was served fish numerous times (no fish was ordered at all in any way) with no regard to the people right there that would have severe reactions if they touched it.

All of these factors contributed to the worst New Year's I have ever experienced. Times sitting at home with my family have been more engaging and less stressful experiences. I would never trust the staff here with your night, let alone your New Year's Eve. Le Blast, hold yourselves to a higher standard. (Over)paying customers...
