We had the most incredible 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes with Idir. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated, with the perfect balance of adventure, cultural immersion, and rest. Every accommodation was beautiful, but our favourite was Dar Blues in the Dades Valley — a truly magical and underrated gem.

Idir was not only a safe and reliable driver, but also an exceptional guide. He answered our countless questions with such depth and passion, and his knowledge of Morocco was truly impressive. Along the 1100km journey, it seemed like he knew someone in every village — a true testament to the relationships he’s built and the respect he holds.

Highlights included sleeping under the stars in a desert camp and waking up to watch the sunrise over the dunes, as well as sharing tea with a nomad family — a moment we’ll never forget. The drive itself was smooth and relaxing, with plenty of scenic stops along the way.

We did the 3 Day Sahara Desert tour and had an amazing experience. I chose this specific company, in part, based on the already great reviews, but mostly, because I had a good gut feeling after communicating with Idir. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and importantly, was transparent about what to expect, where we'll stay, etc. The car is very comfortable, the experience is fully customizable and you can adjust as you go, based on your needs.

But what made our experience truly special was our driver, Jamal. He is professional yet personable. Showed up right on time for pick up, made us comfortable, and we felt very safe with his driving. Yet Jamal was more than our driver, he made our adventure fun and interesting. We learned so much from him about the culture, history, and he was happy to answer all our questions.
