While crossing from Dzongla to Lobuche village on the EBC trail, we traversed this mountain around its base, keeping it to the left. We literally hiked under its shadow and as a result, we were unable to see its top at times.
However, we got a clear bird's eye view of this mountain from Kala Patthar and also while trekking down from Gorakshep towards Pheriche.
Lobuche lies close to the Khumbu Glacier and Lobuche village is also nearby. There are two main peaks, Lobuche East and Lobuche West.
