I ordered one Spareribs menu one Chicken sate menu and two fried Chicken it took them more then three hours to complete the delivery.
The order was delivered after 80 minutes, 35 minutes longer then stated. We are missing a Chicken Sate menu, no problem these things can happen. Five minutes later the delivery boy stand in front of me with an already opened chicken sate a loose bag of kroepoek and a loose box of onions, apparently he delivered it wrong and got the food back from the previous address. I declined this because 1 I ordered a menu in a box CLOSED and 2 it was second hand food! Common people!! All-right I will wait for the new Chicken Sate. 70 minutes later a Box arrives I open it and everything is COLD! I call the local franchise slightly annoyed and ask for a new Chicken Sate menu this is agreed upon and in a record time of 45 minutes there is a new Box, to my surprise the box contains 1 warm package of Chicken Sate 1 box of Onions and 1 box of Kroepoek. I react surprised because a Menu is also supposed to contain a Salad with Dressing and a Freshly baked Mini Baguette with herb butter. The delivery guy goes on a mission again! After 20 minutes a paper bag is delivered, I toss it straight into the bin because my appetite is gone!
For the record this "restaurant" is located no more then 5 minutes away from me!
Something really bad has happened to this franchise the food used to be good!
The Ribs where very dry, the potatoe was uncooked, the salad smelled like an animal barn, the Sate tasted like Turkey and the sauce was totally different then normal there was also a large piece of burned something hidden in the sauce.
The service on the phone is unhelpful, I would send out a Direct delivery guy if someone had been waiting on his food for over two hours! Service does not seem to be a thing there!
If you value your money and taste buds I would advice everyone to look for a...
   Read morePaid but did not receive the order! We used to order at sparerib express almere, since we found their food delicious, but our last order got a problem. They did not deliver it, and yet they keep insisting that they did. We called them and went directly to their shop to talked about our complain. We talked nicely and left since the staff gives us the same answer that they cannot do anything about it (didn't even bother to check and showed us what really happened to the order). After that we sent them an email, and we received an inappropriate responce from them, stating that they put us in blacklist since we refused to leave their company and that they called police for assistance and we have absurd behavior which are not true, (strange! Why make a story that wasn't even real! ) It is so disappointing that we did not get our order that we paid for and yet treated that way! I hope no one would experience that same as what we had bcoz it is so...

Om 19:05 bezorger. Ik hing op toen hij aanbelde. Bezorger heeft alleen het menu en dan nog de verkeerde smaak ook, het tweede deel van de bestelling heeft hij niet, hij heeft geen idee hoe hij hier mee om moet gaan. Het menu is dan nog de verkeerde smaak ook, het tweede deel van de bestelling heeft hij niet. Ik hing op toen hij aanbelde, dus weer bellen, nu neemt men niet meer op. Daarmee was het avondeten dus compleet naar de haaien. Moeten bestellen bij Ribs2spare in almere (positief trouwens, zowel kwaliteit als snelheid)
Email gestuurd naar SRE almere want ik heb niet gekregen wat besteld was, het was meer dan 50% incompleet.
Enige optie is dat men de maaltijd nogmaals wil bezorgen. Aleen is spare ribs een 1 a 2 keer per jaar ding, dus dat vind ik wat weinig nuttig.
Geld terug voor niet geleverde zaken doet men niet (voortaan met CC of paypal betalen, ideal kan je de betaling niet ongedaan maken).
Gelukkig dat de concurrentie in almere beter is, in 35 minuten prima ribs van smaak en kwaliteit gehad. In English Unfortunately this will be our last order at this restaurant Ordered at 4:55pm, ordered a menu plain ribs and 1kg of bbq ribs to be delivered around 6pm.
At 6:40pm i called the restaurant to check if something went wrong, got put on hold
At 7:05pm the delivery guy arrived so i hung up the on hold call. The delivery guy only had a menu with him, not the 1kg ribs that were ordered. He had no idea how to deal with this. The menu is the incorrect order as well, we got sweet and spicy, instead of plain. I tried calling again, but now the voice response system tells me they won't pickup the phone due to being too busy Obviously that ruined our dinner quite a bit. I ordered from their competitors Ribs2Share to get the missing and incorrect stuff sorted.
Only option was emailing SRE Almere, so i did. I requested for my money back as i got 5% of what i ordered (a salad and 2 of 4 sauces). Their response is to offer me to deliver it again on a date of my choosing. Which sounds great if you order ribs once a month, but this is a twice a year deal for us, so i have no real desire to have that "coupon" in my mail in hopes i remember to use it. The restaurant will not pay the order (or even part) back.
