The lady on the customer support desk is so rude and not welcoming. I try to return 6 packs of milk when I realized I bought the wrong product, she refused the take it back by saying its over 24 hours we cant take back. After some time I see that its not 24 hours so I returned there, this time she said but its yesterday I cant take it back. I said thats not accurate you are just changing/making up rules. She acts like she does not care. I warned her , this is not legal are you sure, she said yes without not caring. Now I created a support ticket to the company to see their answer. I will open up a legal insurance ticket to just proof the point they are not working by laws. So go for your rights even its just 7.2 euros. And shame on you that you behave your customers like that. I bought so many times from your store , but it seems you are not...

Onbeschoft personeel! Werd bij binnenkomst al bijna direct naar buiten gewerkt. Dan wel dringend verzocht naar de kassa te gaan omdat ze wilde gaan sluiten. Zij dat ik naar de zelfscan kassa zou gaan en nog maar enkele kleine dingen nodig had. Ze bleef me opzoeken en verbieden mij mijn nodige boodschappen te pakken. Er waren nog twee klanten in de zaak. Ook deze klanten bleef ze achtervolgen. Echter niet iedereen is er ongemanierd. Werd nog wel bij de uitgang vriendelijk bedankt.... Echter was mijn humeur al verpest. Klant is er zeker...

It's a fine store, but I work downstairs and this stupid app keeps asking me "How was Hoogvliet". Idk, I don't come there often, I just walk around downstairs all...
