Although I like the idea and they have variety plus good biltong and droëwors I'm not so happy with the chilli bites and boerewors. Also the sosatie wors can be done better. I have been making my own biltong, droëwors and boerewors for the past 30 years so I would like to give some constructive criticism.

The boerewors is a poor quality product that needs to be addressed. The casing is way too tough and I suspect it's the semi dry type you buy on tubes. Yes, it makes the production process much easier, but it's not suitable for boerewors. This type of casing is ok for bratwurst, etc. Then there's the meat quality that can be much better as well. I found some bone and plenty of grizzle. The boerewors is also way to salty.

The sosatie wors was a bit to salty, but ok. The main issue is cooking it. It's been overstuffed so the casing burst open easily when cooking. It's not easy getting this right when using thin casing.

Lastly I can suggest using a proper meat cut for your chilli bites. Although it's almost become widely acceptable for chilli bites to be tough it should not be the case.

I make these observations and suggestions because O hope to buy a good product from you going forward. I'm at a point where I don't want to spend my whole Saturday making this stuff and am now just going to buy. If I can find the quality I am...

Absolutely amazing, I will forever recommend this company to anyone who will listen!!
