Superfun — Local services in Amersfoort

It's really a nice place for kids to play, but the service sometime is terrible. Today I ordered fries for my son and then we went playing. I was keeping an eye at the table during paying to see whether food is coming. After half an hour, it's still not there, so I went to ask. The lady at the counter said "sorry Mam, but the food you ordered has been on the table for half an hour, but no body was there, so we threw the food away." I was very surprised because that's impossible. But to be polite I asked "so what now?" She said "I am not going to make a new one for you, it is a waste of food because we have to throw food away." I had to say I was really angry, because first of all I don't think they have the right to throw away the food I ordered without me even seeing it. It's nice but there's way too little supervision. 15 year old kids who run the bar should never be expected to also keep an eye on 40 or 50 kids playing, I'm quite sure that that is even against the law. Of course the main people responsible are the parents, but when your own kids become the victim of misbehaving kids, because other parents do not hold their kids by the same standards you do, than there should be an adult from SuperFun to mediate in the problem. And if persistent, remove the problem. In the 5 hours we spend there 6 small children where beaten up by a karate skilled kid who's parents very much enjoyed their kids terrorism. That's anti SuperFun and I'm sure my kids aren't the only ones who never want to come back after this. So it's not good for...

Fun place, the staff do kind of let it down a bit, seems to be no leadership there, bowling alleys are a bit dark and are starting to show their age, so are the bowling shoes, the pair i got were ripped down the side, owners seriously need to look at revamping some stuff on that side. The kids play area is good value, only have to pay for the child and not the accompanying adults, reasonably priced food and drinks, kids can have fun for hours there but the slides are a bit poor and...
