WORST FOOD ORDER DISASTER IVE EVER HAD!

1. They simply didn't deliver not 1, not 2 but 3 (!) sauces I ordered: sate sauce, garlic sauce and curry sauce were entirely missing, yet they clearly showed on the receipt that was stapled to the bag they delivered it in.
2. I Ordered large fries, got small fries. I'd even call this size extra small compared to most places. It wouldn't even cover a breakfast plate or fill-up a 5-year old.
3. The fries were UNDERCOOKED and MOIST. As a result I actually had to finish cooking them myself in my airfryer before they were even edible.
4. The soft bun for broodje kroket was grilled on the top and bottom instead of on the inside. And then it was clearly forgotten in the grill: the soft bun was burned in it's entirey transformed to well done toast. It felt like a lightweight brick) (aangebrand beschuit met koude kroket kan je hier krijgen!).
5. EVERYTHING was cold. Not even lukewarm, just cold. I had to put the snacks in the microwave to reheat them.
6. The order took twice as long as they said it would.
7. My partner who opened the door upon delivery said he believed that woman that delivered it by car appeared to be stoned or under the influence of something else. She wasn't just absent minded minded/tired & short, like anyone could be on occasion he said. He said something appeared quite off about her behaviour and demeanor. To him it clearly resembled some type of intoxication.

I always believe in second chances and dont blame restaurants for a mistake or the occasional meal of a lesser quality. Especially late at night I don't expect the highest quality from any order. But this wasnt simply a lesser night in the kitchen or making an honest mistake with an order. Rather: its become clear to me these people and this entire business is wholly incompetent: They can't read, can't count, can't cook, can't deliver anything warm or remotely on time and can't seem to be bothered about anything really. Like many other reviews prove to me: They know they're screwing up, they just don't care.

I didn't even decide to give them a call. I was kind of speechless & I hardly knew where even to begin when I considered callling. I'd be one of those people giving a full on phone rant, and wasn't going to go there. Also: After this, I had absolutely zero confidence in their ability to fix a couple issues about an order, let alone 7.

Instead: this will be my first Google review ever as this was the absolute worst food order disaster I've ever experienced. They failed on so many different levels all at once you'd almost think it was intentional. (Maybe I was being punked I figured). I can't even imagine how any fast food place (snackbar) and it's crew could ever screw up any order so badly on so many levels all at once. This place should be shut down or its owner needs to hire a new crew with a new manager. A complete clusterfuck of absolute...

Order took 2 hours despite being told it would be delivered within 1 hour. Didn’t receive the food we ordered. Didn’t receive the extra sauces we ordered. We tried to call, first time no answer. Second time onwards our call was sent straight...

Voor het eerst hier besteld, maar helaas meteen ook de laatste keer. Na ruim een uur wachten heb ik gebeld om te vragen naar de status van de bestelling. De eigenaar reageerde geïrriteerd en onvriendelijk, wat totaal niet professioneel overkwam. Er werd gezegd dat het nog 10 minuten zou duren, maar ook na 90 minuten was het eten er nog steeds niet. Toen het uiteindelijk aankwam, was het lauw en de döner zwart geblakerd. Voor een bestelling van €30,- had ik op z’n minst iets beters verwacht. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring en een zeer vervelende omgang met de ondernemer.
