ALDI — Local services in Schiedam

This morning, I went to Aldi to exchange two pairs of clogs in size 39: one beige, one khaki. Upon entering the store, I made the mistake of not going to the cashier first and went directly to the aisle to find the pair I needed. Unfortunately, I could only find the beige pair in size 40. I proceeded to the cashier to exchange my size 39 beige clogs for the size 40 and planned to keep my receipt to exchange the khaki pair at another Aldi store.

However, the cashier froze the transaction because she didn’t know how to process the exchange. She called a colleague, who also didn’t know what to do, and then called another colleague. They kept me standing for over 20 minutes with my 2.5-year-old child, while I’m 8 months pregnant, only to accuse me of stealing a pair of beige clogs they couldn’t find in the store.

I explained that I had purchased two pairs the day before, as proven by my receipt, and that I was simply exchanging one pair. I had nothing else on me. Despite this, they didn’t apologize and publicly treated me like a thief, telling me that I made them loose 20 min of their time.

I am outraged and deeply disappointed. I will never return to this store and expected an apology from the two employees who wrongly accused me without any proof. Instead of assisting me, they were reviewing the store’s cameras while I waited.

You should learn how to behave and respect pregnant woman....

Nog nooit maar dan nog nooit heb ik zulke asociale medewerkers gezien in mijn leven. Op deze foto zien jullie dat een product die in deze bak zit een prijs heeft van €4,99 ik kom bij de kassa aan scant die €24,95. Vervolgens laat ik dit zien aan de medewerker achter de kassa. Die roept de chineze teamleider erbij die weer (was de vorige keer ook zo) dat dit product niet in die bak hoort te liggen. İk geef aan dat de vorige keer ook een bak van de aanbiedingen een verkeerde prijs op stond en dat dit vaker voorkomt dat er foute prijzen worden aangegeven. İpv excuses aan te bieden gaat hij door dat dit geen dymo letterband is. Schreeuwt er van de overkant een cassiere kleine jongen met lang rasta haar dat er mensen zijn die per ongeluk andere producten in bakken stoppen. İk zeg wel bijzonder als er 10 zelfde producten in de bak liggen vervolgens zegt hij brutaal ja jammer dan. İk zei of die zich er niet mee wilde bemoeien zegt die dat ik mijn mond moet houden. Naast alle andere mensen! İk zeg toon resprect voor oudere mensen vervolgens lacht hij mij uit en zegt dat ik respect moet tonen. İk VERWACHT dat aldi stappen onderneemt om deze asociale mensen te ontslaan!! Zelft de chinese teamleider vond het maar ok dat hij zo onbeschoft was. İk zei vind u dit normaal vervolgens knikt hij alleen maar. İk zei dat ik de teamleider wilde spreken en hij zei dat hij dat was. Dus met andere woorden. Deze onbeschofte mensen kunnen maar alles doen wat ze willen. İk zal dit ook naar het...

Very good place to buy necessary things, but the employees need to be more educated, poor customer service, they never know where the product is or don't want to make an effort to help a customer. Also some employees are a little bit racist in my opinion. I go to this shop because is near my house but not for the pleasure to shop. Very disrespectful employees and i'm talking about Aldi at Borodinlaan 74, 3122...
