Active Health Center Leidschenveen — Local services in The Hague

Be careful what you sign!!! Two years ago I signed a one-year contract with them, with a personal trainer whom I did not know. I went to the gym for only two months which I paid for, then not being satisfied with their services, I informed them that I wanted to terminate the contract, however they continued to send me invoices, and now they sent me to court and they stopped my salary. I ended up paying 1658 euros for something I didn't use, this is robbery, they are...

They do not communicate the payment terms clearly on the website at all. Once you subscribe for a membership, all of a sudden you start seeing duplicate deductions on your bank account. (they say that they are deducting the payment for the 13th month!) I don't think it is ethical to hide extra costs in such a way and disappoint your long term customers. I'd recommend to think twice...

Ik kom hier voor fysiotherapie en ik ervaar altijd een positieve sfeer. De begeleiding die ik krijg van Joey Zijlstra in verband met mijn schouderblad blessure is werkelijk top: hij is geduldig, professioneel en weet precies hoe hij me op een rustige en effectieve manier kan helpen herstellen. Zowel in het warme zwembad bij de AquaFysiotherapie als in de oefenzaal voel ik me goed begeleid en op mijn gemak. Wat me ook opvalt, is hoe vriendelijk iedereen is. Van het personeel aan de balie tot de trainers en fysiotherapeuten: ze nemen de tijd voor je en begroeten je altijd met een glimlach. Zelfs de sporters zijn sociaal en respectvol, het voelt als een community waar iedereen welkom is, ongeacht je doel of reden van komst. Ook maak ik als ik vroeg ben weleens gebruik van de "kantine', die echt gezellig is ingericht. De smoothies zijn vers, smaakvol. Kortom: ook als je hier niet komt om te sporten, maar bijvoorbeeld voor revalidatie of fysiotherapie, voel je je helemaal op je plek. Active Health Center Leidschenveen is een warme, goed georganiseerde plek waar alles klopt. Ik ben echt dankbaar dat ik hier terecht...
