We visited here again, after first visiting 6 years ago. It hasn't changed much, and that is for the best. There may only be two varieties, but I figure that means you can focus on doing them really well. Stellar wine. Pauline was so kind to give us a tasting from her foyer where she walked us through a vintage of her Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. Both were excellent.
