I went to your Glenbrook Food Truck at Kawhai Point on 2 February 2023, around 9 am and didn't have my money with me, so was given the option paying for my two coffees by transferring 9.00 NZD to your account. I mistakenly transferred 900.00 NZD! I only noticed a week later and contacted your business to have this mistake rectified. Your owner Anita did not respond in any way to my texts or phone calls and the money has still not been refunded. We ordered the Valentines Day special online with the 30 minute pickup option. When we arrived we were told they were behind could be at least another 20 mins. Was longer. When the order came out was missing items, we added an extra to the sliders, this was missing even though we paid. Very tasty handmade beef patties, caramelized onions was a yummy addition to the Beef and Bacon burger. Southern Chicken burger was tasty and crunchy, adding bacon was a good idea.
