The lettuce was flat, limp, dry white with brown bits and look terrible. Upon asking for fresh lettuce please I was informed that that was their standard of fresh and they didn't have anymore and that would just have to deal with it. Totally unacceptable from a shop that promises fresh vegetables and the lack Lustre and angry attitude to rectify it was disturbing. Avoid at all costs. It's baffling how such a simple instruction was missed, especially considering it wasn't even busy when my husband went to pick up the order. It's frustrating to pay extra for something and not receive it. Upon calling to address the issue, hoping for a refund on my Subcard, I was met with the worst customer service experience.
