I'm not a customer of this place. I went with a friend who uses their services. The lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal!! She catered for every need required by my friend. There was no detail left out, no service she couldn't provide, and to top it off, she helped remedy a plan allowing my friend not only A class service but affordability too. She was just awesome. The kind of customer server far exceeding the companies expectations, assured their expectations are high!! She was easy to talk to and just on our level. I enjoyed her so much I struggled wanting to leave. Should I require storage services myself? THIS WILL BE MY FIRST STOP. This lady, the face of this company, done them proud that day, and I'm sure, many there after and prior. Look no further for excellent service and genuine care in all your storage needs. This place has no equal!!! Awesome...

I have recently been advised my rental storage unit at Pukeke Hamilton NZ will be increased for a 2nd time in 12mths. The total increase in the last 12mths is $77!!! My original price was $118mth now its $195mth. That's a 65% increase in 12mths which is beyond absurd. Can you imagine if a house rental increased by 65% in 12mths? Imagine paying $500 for a house and it being increased to over $800!! There is absolutely no justification for this. I am a long term customer and this continual price hike displays complete disregard for customer loyalty and customer care. There should not be any price increases in a 12mth period let alone two!! I've found another company who promises no increases in the first 2yrs so you will see me moving to that company. Unbelievable. I do not recommend anyone rent through...
