Thanks to Barbora and Mauri of Rhubarb Kitchen and Catering, my husband and I had such a memorable dinner with family and friends at our home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.

From the moment I first contacted Barbora I was so impressed by her professional approach as well as her understanding of our wish for a special menu served as a family dinner. All I had to do was set the table!

Barbora and Mauri prepared each dish in our kitchen, and Barbora described the ingredients of each as she served it. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! And for dessert Barbora created the most amazing Eton Mess. What a wonderful and memorable evening! We used Rhubarb for an intimate dinner party to celebrate my 50th. The food was just sublime. We had a vegetarian 3 course menu with the most delcious and clever canapes. Even my meat eating friends were blown away! More than that, Barbora was attentative yet discreet, and her table decorations and finishing touches so beautiful and thoughtful. The kitchen was spotless at the end of the evening with the only sign she had been here, our full bellies and the beautiful aromas of her food. Fortunate to be nourished by Barbora of Rhubarb at recent wellness retreat at Kawau Island. Each plant based meal was thoughtfully planned, delicious, nutritionally balanced, and beautifully presented. Barbora takes obvious pride in the dishes she offers and her work ethic was evident.
