I amTaking my 3 Year old boy out of this Kinder garden. Not happy at all with their resonse and responsiblities. Last time my boy went out side his class room and teachers had no idea where is he? We went to pick him up and he was standing close to Exit door. I had few meeting after that. Managment is not very perfesional. I have booked my boy for five days from Feb 2020 and they lost my request. So we end up taking day off from work to cover for 3 extra days. Business Manager told that he is booking my son from 6/02/2020 for five days and now they are saying it is not due from till next week. They do not have any space this week since 6/03/2020 promised by Busines Manager. Now, i have had enough and discded to take him out due to management ignorance. I will not recomend anyone. My daughter went to this centre for 2 and a half years before she started school and had the best time. They prepared her beautifully to adjust to school life and taught her quite a lot in order to be school ready. She loved her teachers and still loves going and saying hello to them.

I have had such a positive experience with this centre that I enrolled my son as well. He is in his third week and although he is having a bit of a hard time adjusting to being away from me, I wouldn't trust his care to anyone else. The teachers are so kind and loving and they are like second mothers to the kids. Most of the teachers have been there for so long and the same teachers that were with my daughter are now teaching my son as well.

We looked at many places around flat bush, some wouldn't even allow us to have a look inside their day care. When we first walked into BestStart here, the feeling of security and quality, as well as the amazingly kind, friendly and helpful staff immediately put our minds at ease.
