To All Fellow Parents,
As someone who deeply loves and cares for my child, I feel compelled to speak up about something that has been troubling me.
Iâve had ongoing concerns about the quality of care at this daycare. Each time I picked up my son, I noticed redness and irritation from what appeared to be infrequent nappy changes. It broke my heart. Over time, it became clear to me that the focus here may be more on numbers and money than on truly caring for the children.
If youâve experienced something different, I sincerely welcome your perspectiveâplease prove me wrong. But I ask you to pause and reflect honestly: when you pick up your child, do they look clean, cared for, and happy? Or have you noticed signs that something might not be right?
I know most of us work incredibly hard and canât always afford a private caregiver. Itâs not easy. But just because we donât have other options doesnât mean we should accept poor standards. These centres only operate because of usâthe parents. We pay their wages. We support their business. And in return, we expect our children to be treated with love, attention, and respect.
Iâve since made the decision to hire a caregiver at home for my son, and while itâs not a small step, it brings me peace of mind. Every child deserves to feel safe and cared for.
To the daycare staff: this isnât just a business. Youâre being trusted with the most important part of our livesâour children. Please do better.
And to the parents reading this: speak up. Share your truth. Even if they never see our words, we owe it to our children to stand up for their well-being.

Me an another lady waited outside the place for more than 20 minutes keep ringing the bells knocking on the door and calling the phone line. I can understand that they might be busy but when she open the she start yelling on both of us. I was like sorry to disturb you but we are here to enroll our daughters. She was like this place is full there is no vacancy and we don't prefer someone from outside like us we just moved in flat bush. Never seen someone like this before. I can imagine how what she would be teaching. Poor kids and feel sorry for the staff they have to deal with her. She definitely need some counseling classes. Anger management is another issue for her. Lucky not sending my...
