Not that satisfied with what we received for the amount we paid

Fish and chips were a little overcooked, raw fish was way too thick we needed to alter it to give it a little flavor, kinase weren't fresh and there's a lack of combos well there was only 1 combo available and that was a $20 one which one contained 6 fish and $5 chips. Who eats $5 chips maybe chop it down and add some potato fritters and sausages to the combo and try creating more combos so little families don't need to make their own packs which become more expensive trying to make their own combos up other then that I love seeing the young generation in...

Food is okay. Fish is a bit on the small side now. Was overcharged but didn’t realise till I left as I thought I had ordered a dozen muscles which weren’t in the parcel so didn’t think much of the price when paying. have ordered a hamburger from here before which had beetroot and tomatoes but today didn’t have either of them. Music is far too loud. I feel like I need to shout when ordering. Customer service isn’t great, the workers have life conversations out loud, screaming over the top of the music so they can hear each other without a care that customers are in store. Def won’t be back again...

Fresh Kina's, ordered fish and chips and the fish so good, normally I dont like battered fish whilst it's hot but these guys sure know how to take the grease out and dive you more flavour, seems very popular with locals but the fish was so yum, just perfection I'd say, great quality and very excellent on customer service and they can easily remember your order even when you disappear for a bit, I'd be more than happy to go back here often when applicable and highly recommend to all wanting a quality fish and chip store in south auckland!
