Hello people I have owned my hot springs spa for 10 year's ,I haven't had any problems with it at all, I have not turned it off except for emptying it once a year, it's easy to maintain with a scoop of chlorine once a fortnight, and a filter replacement when it needs one. I turn it down in summer, and use it all year round, great for aches and pains after a hard days work etc. It is a fantastic investment.
