KFC Whangarei South — Restaurant in North Island

Waited 25 mins at the drive thru for this. No spoon to eat my mash potatoes. No napkins. No chips? But 1 chip is at the bottom of my bag. No Moro bar??? I paid 16 dollars for this don't think I'll ever go back to that KFC hands down the worst KFC in NZ. All the workers are foreign, they barely commutate and they are super quiet. As a customer I can't stand having to ask( sorry what ) over and over because I can't hear what the person's saying through the speaker. I want my money back but I don't think that'll happen. As I never checked my food I went through drive through and trusted that my orderer would be fine. There was nobody waiting at the que either. Look at the size of my chicken... The missing items... Three times over one month. Today was the worst...mother's day 20 minute wait for each car in drivethrough. First time we went in and if we have eftpos to order not over the counter so we went through the drivethrough. Mother's day what a disaster always staffing issue ...BAD MANAGEMENT ISSUE...Today drivers were trapped, yelling and trying to get out. .once again big false apologies 49min and refused when my little one got loud and apparently I'm screaming says them...so i go up to the window, i even called the police they were abusive and the manager once again sarky said he couldn't advertise staff shortages because he'd loose business so he just wanted angry people to speak too then refuse them. Whom ever is the manager at that place your system you hAve there it is so unco

The place is so unclean and unhygienic Orders are never getting doubled checked so majority of orders your team stuffs up like give the customers what they pay for

We literally can hear you all swearing at each other when yous are in a rush sort it out Raumanga kfc your honestly going to run that place down to the ground if you don't take control and teach your team how the hell to be a team It's the management fault because the workers produce what they have been showed and taught
