My visit to Matahui Distillery's Gin Lab was a thoroughly enjoyable and unique experience. Tasting the Adventurer’s Gin cocktails and Matahui liqueurs was a highlight, with each offering exceptional flavors. The delicious limoncello was irresistible, and I had to take some home.

Meeting the other lovely attendees made the experience even more special. Creating my own signature gin, guided by expert staff, was both educational and fun. The hands-on activity made for a fantastic event.

We went on the gin distillery tour last weekend and had a fantastic time! The grounds are lovely, and walking around the planted areas really inspires you to get planting in your own back yard! We thoroughly enjoyed tasting the different essences at the start of the tour (definitely give Oyster Mushroom a try - You will be surprised!). The tour was informative and now we really want to come back a do a gin making course. We loved getting to try the different gins and liquors, our host was very informative and made it a lot of fun. We had our work Christmas party at the Distillery, Our hosts were absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable and informative. We didn’t quite know what to expect but right from the start we knew we were in expert hands. The whole event was well thought out with everything laid out in front of us, tasting notes, oils and aromas then backed up with fantastic knowledge and able to clearly explain each and every aspect of their craft.
