Read moreNot the best experience for our family going up for the first time. There needs to be clear signage around the place. You couldn't tell where to book activities. We called ahead to book sledding online but you can't! After we asked someone in a random shop where we go to book it was down in Happy Valley where the line stretched for 100 people or more. Once we got to Happy Valley and found the line to book the sledding there was no extra room for others to wait behind us and at least another 80 people in front. We waited 45mins and got half way through the line only for a guide to come around and say the next 3 hours are fully booked! Families were so frustrated that one lady and her 3 kids pushed in front of us, we told her to leave of course but she refused. We didn't want to show our kids anymore stress than what we were in and they were tired of waiting so we decided to leave the line and take them up the Sky Waka where there was a free area to play. They need an online booking system so families don't wait for hours or even miss out on the experience completely like we did.
I recommend going outside the holiday period. I think they need guides at the entrance and clear signs to tell you where to go. They need an online booking system for sledding and maybe a bigger space for sledding so they could fit more bookings in. They need a bigger eating area as there was no where to sit but understandable at that time.
Other than that we had snowball fights and made an Olaf. The views were amazing but if you want good pictures its best to go out of...
