I'm posting this on behalf of my father-in-law who couldn't rave enough!

We recently hosted a graduation dinner for 12 guests and chose My Home Kitchen for a fine dining experience—and it truly exceeded expectations. From the moment they arrived, Paul and Tania were professional and seamless in their setup. Guests were welcomed with canapés, and dinner commenced at 6:30pm, concluding smoothly by 9pm.

Each course—entrée, main, and dessert—was beautifully balanced, visually stunning, and full of flavour. The timing between courses was perfect, allowing for relaxed conversation without feeling rushed. Throughout the evening, Paul and Tania were informative yet unobtrusive, letting the food speak for itself.

A standout highlight was how effortlessly they worked in our home kitchen, leaving it spotless by the end of the night. I was especially impressed with My Home Kitchen. From the moment we arrived for our bbq, their team was set up, organized, and ready to serve—everything ran smoothly and on time, which made a big difference since we had a tight schedule. They were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced in handling group events. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. You could tell they used fresh, high-quality ingredients—the burgers were juicy and the sides (especially the coleslaw and fruit salad) were full of flavor. We had a family weekend away in Rotorua and booked My Home Kitchen to cater for 6 adults for dinner. I can’t speak highly enough about them. From the very first communication right through to the meal, they were outstanding. We had beautiful little entrees, the best steak dinner, we all had ever had, and amazing salmon dish, salad and buns. Followed by sticky date and a custard tart.
