Earlier this month - Island Food Catering provided catering for our Family Reunion. This was for 50 people and Delivered to our venue. WHAT A HIGHLIGHT! sooooo underrated! The Food MORE than enough we went up for seconds and thirds and still had a lot of leftovers we had to use it for ko'ogai the next day. The Quality and Quantity of food we had was amazing. COMMUNICATION 10 out of 10. They responded on the same day and also followed through with everything. FOOOOD - my family from overseas but even my family who were from Wellington were asking who they were because of how good the food was. I can tell this was made with so much love and thought into it. Thank you for your hospitality. I pray for more customers and 100 fold for you and your aiga!...

I'm really disappointed with the service we received today. We came in around lunchtime, and while I usually have a great experience here, today was very different. The main man that served us was noticeably rude and seemed angry. While I understand that everyone has off days, his behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. He didn't seem to be listening to our order properly and was handling things in a rushed and careless manner, which came across as intimidating. Unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression, and we don't feel comfortable returning. We used these caterers for a birthday celebration last December for about 200 people, their communication was great and they kept us constantly updated. The food selection suited us perfectly. When they arrived to the venue, they were faced with a few challenges due to kitchen renovations, but the amazing staff adapted easily, and provided us with outstanding service.
