We used Nicholas and his wonderful team to cater our wedding in October and oh my goodness did he deliver! The food that this man is able to create at scale is some of the best I have ever tried. The compliments that we received on ALL of the dishes - from truffle infused arancini's for starters, through to the most amazing porchetta for mains and tiramisu for dessert everything was demolished. I had to get Nicholas to put aside some of the gnocchi for me as the bride because all of it was gone before I managed to get back from photos - I swear I saw our guests licking their plates! His demeanour, his professionalism, his care, time and dedication are something that will never be forgotten. If you're looking for someone to cater your wedding - please don't walk, run to make a booking with this wonderful man. As a bride he really helped make me feel calm, collected and taken care of. They were incredibly friendly and helpful with planning the food for the event (60 people), then on the day were super helpful, friendly, easy going, flexible with last minute time changes, and the food was just incredible!
