Thought of ignoring this incident and not write a review, but when I looked on to the other reviews there is someone else faced a similar kind of situation, so decided to write.
On the positive side the honey was good.
But had a bad experience on how we got treated by the store person.
Went to the store with my partner to buy honey for me and my family.
I got to know there is free gift one for a purchase of $150 and another for $250.
Purchased honey for $460 and checked with store person if we could split the bill into 2 so we can avail the gifts for 250 and 150 separately to which she responded you can but she has the right to restrict to only one gift irrespective on how much the invoice is (I Do Understand that its your store and your rules). But out of curiosity asked, since we are two separate persons is there anything in your Terms and Conditions for your store that restrict this, else why are we not given the opportunity to avail your offer to the fullest.
She didn't have the slightest idea what the policy is, and to make her understand I asked How it is different if I had made the order online as 2 separate one or how would you treated if 5 persons came in and each one want to purchase separately.
She didn't bother to answer me and she replied this is a free gift and she has the right to decide to give or not and she mentioned "I would give you if you are going to bully me into giving you" and she started looking down upon us as we are some kind of free loader, all we wanted was a simple answer why it cant be done.
After all this embarrassment, I should have left the shop, but for some reason I told her to make into a single invoice as I didn't get relevant answers, bought it and left the shop.
The real surprise was when called their number immediately after leaving and when I tried to make a complain regarding my experience, the uninterested unapologetic listener was in a tone that it was our fault and it is ok for the store person to have behaved that way.
And while we tried to explain again, she suggested if another free gift would solve our issue. Felt really bad hearing this and being looked down upon, as I never had any experience of people looking down on me all these years here.
We would have still bought the honey even if you didn't have any offers as well, but treating us like a freeloader and accusing us of taking advantage of your sales is uncalled for and would never appreciate it.
At this instance I checked the return policy and did return the honey back to them.

I dropped by the store on the way back to the Auckland international airport. Due to our long way driving, my friend was looking for a toilet but what they replied was 'there's no toilet for customers'. I think they were looking us as 'free toilet users'. Even though we were, they could recommend for us to go somewhere else or even teach us where the toilet was. They could be better but it was still fine for us because we were heading to a gas station nearby. I bought some manuka honey products for over 300$ and those were presents for my parents and family of my fiance. I asked something but they didn't even give a glance at me and replied. They could be better when there's only one customer. Because they said they coulnd't offer the packaging boxes cuz the boxes were on the delivery, so I asked give me just one plastic bag, but they refused. Thank you for the service. Very back customer service but what they clever with is hammer you with heaps of emails which really annoying to buy more. They charged me $8 for small parcel from Papakora to Botany!!!. Not recommended as a trusted supplier which makes you happy. I wish to cancel my buy and get a refund and return what I bought. I'm sure no one in Happy Vally will even bother to contact me.
