I've had the BBQ platters twice. I grew up with a huge US BBQ culture so it will always be the taste of home for me and something I love and can be quite fussy about 😂. This food truck has nailed it each time. It's good portion sizes (good bang for buck) and very high quality and meaty cuts. Even the slice of white bread that came with the platter is just so reminiscent of home. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

If you want authentic tasting American style BBQ (meaty, tender cuts of smoked meat) this is a must! I'll certainly make the drive everytime there's...

Found this place by chance after work today as it set up outside a venue so we decided to give it a try. OMG so glad we did, it is the best bbq I've had so far in Christchurch and reminded me of bbq I've had in Austin Texas! juicy, quality meats and so smokey goodness flavoursome. It was all just so 'right'. Mac cheese side was also spot on. Very generous...

Truck Norris is a bloody wizard behind the smoking grill. His food is amazing and will make you crave more every bite you take.

The way he smokes is a work of art to behold.
