If you want a lazy round of golf this is not the place to go. If however you are in training for the SAS this is the perfect place to hit a few balls. It's very hilly. Do not walk it unless you are a mountain goat. Quite a few of the holes are blind, makes it interesting but frustrating if you haven't played the course before as there's no maps of the holes on the tees so it's up to you to guess where the green is hiding or at least do homeworkbefore playing. The Fairways are in good nick, greens are good too! For the price of a round its amazing value! The holes are challenging but not impossible the back nine in my opinion is much more playable as it's not on the side of everest (also the name of the 9th hole) some really pretty par 3s. 15th through to the 18th are really enjoyable once you catch your breath, can see the clubhouse and start to imagine the cold beers on the 19th.
