Exelente atención, vendedores amables y muy atentos, soy constructor y por lo mismo no siempre llego en buena apariencia por mi oficio debido que cuando llego ando trabajando y no paseando eso me incomodó un poco por parte de algunos no diré todos que me veían como un delincuente sin saber que el que va a robar no siempre andan mal presentables. De ahí todo muy exelente. Bien hecho sinsa

Que no te intimiden los precios en dólares, que tampoco están muy altos, sobre todo son buenos productos y el lugar además es seguro. A veces la atención al cliente es un poco torpe, al necesitar ayuda a veces tardas en que encontrar a alguien disponible.

Que no te intimiden los precios en dólares, que tampoco están muy altos, sobre todo son buenos productos y el lugar además es seguro. A veces la atención al cliente es un poco torpe, al necesitar ayuda a veces tardas en que encontrar a alguien disponible.

Sinsa La Radial is a good place to buy hardware and tools if you live near the Altamira area. They have nice customer service personnel and unlike the Carretera Masaya warehouse personnel, the warehouse personnel is very nice and efficient. The only inconvenience with this store is the entrance because if you're driving from Metrocentro, Barrio el Recreo or the Repuestos la 15 area to the store you have to make a left turn that can get you in trouble with the cops. Keep up the good job...

Horrible service... especially from William.. apparently the only person who can copy a key.

First they dont even want to copy the key.. Then they just leave me standing there for 15 minutes Finally he comes back and told me i wasn't important enough for his time..

Terrible service by sales representatives and management at 5his location. I have been a valued business owner and customer at many Sinsa throughout Nicaragua, but never experienced the terrible customer service that I experienced at this location. This staff definately needs to be...
