Great little hotel for the price! Rooms are basic but clean. Hot shower, with crazy water pressure. Tastiest typical breakfast i've had, and after a year or so in Nicaragua i've had my fair share. But they give you a choice - continental, fruit, pancakes or typical! Comfortable bed (though the pillow cases were a bit scratchy). Wifi excellent. Neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe. It was a bit of a walk to metro centre and restaurants, but still a very doable walk. And close to one our favourite restaurants in managua - the terraza cevichera. No air-con in the rooms, but the fan was sufficient. The staff were lovely. ||Ive stayed in plenty if hotels in managua and this by far was the best value - and the cheapest place i have stayed at $25us per night for a double room with private bathroom. ||I guess the courtyard area has potential to be noisy if there are inconsiderate guests, but we didn't have this problem. ||Will stay...

We got it at reasonable price but the most important was the taxi driver was so nice and you could talk to (political also). |We forget our documentation and they kept it for a few days, so well looked after. 2 days later we went back and rediscover this place was giving lunch, with no second thought we eat there and again it was outstanding!!! |The shower was really hot and powerfull!!! Without a doubt, having arrived from Costa Riva really disappointed they change my opinion about everything in Nicaragua!! |100% recommended! They know how to do an extra...

No smoking signs all over the hotel but there's and ashtray in the lobby/parking lot where the staff lights up in front of the guests. I will say though, the shower had good pressure and HOT water. There are a lot of hotels in this great neighborhood....
